’Tis the Season

~ Liz ~

Elvis thrusts to the
Jingle Bell Rock as

Shabby street-Santas
Ring their mercy-plea bells

And spendthrift shoppers
Stampede to their deaths.

It’s our most solemn season:
Merry Christmastime Hell.
