Pain

why do i feel this heaviness on my heart
i feel this sadness engulfing me
a weight over my heart and soul
weighting me down to a pure hell
is this of my own creation
is this what i deserve for who i am
did i make such bad mistakes in my life
to have to suffer every day of life
the pain is completely unbearable
please help make it end
