The air seeps from her lungs
Her heart races
But nobody knows why
She tries to find something to hold on to
However, there is nothing
Slowly everything fades from sight
Where has everything gone she thinks
Why is this happening
I'm losing everything but why
She's losing sight of whats important
Everything is still there
She just cant see it through the darkness
She cant hear the real world
Her racing heart is drowning it out
Only whats in her mind she knows
Her heart and the voices
She can no longer block them out
Now they are making sure they're heard

Nice... you know, I went through about four years of my life feeling like that. "Can't see the forest for the trees," and all that. I relate entirely.
