I feel like I’m drowning.
My breath is being taken away.
Everything gets darker.

Feeling closed in and trapped.
Did the room get smaller?
Walls are closing in on me.

I need to get out of here.
Running is the only choice.
Where is the only question.

Is there anywhere that’s safe?
Will this feeling ever fade?
There are no answers for me.

Man, I hate that feeling. A restless feeling of helplessness and nowhere to run. Hopefully it'll fade for you.
