Everyone wants something
What have I to give?
In my simple life
I no longer want to live.
Should have stayed behind
Alone, I'd rather be.
Trapped in a living hell
I loathe what's known as me.
Money, bills, and love
My life is in sorrow
No happiness of the past
Will I see tomorrow.
Empty and vague--
The look within my eyes
Hiding a little girl lost
Trapped behind the tears she cries.
