Well long time-no see
I hope you're doing well.
Are you happy to be free?
Are you happy in your Hell?

I think I'm doing fine,
Just trying to stay sane.
There's no need to cry or whine,
I'm no longer in pain.

I feel bitter and angry,
Got tired of playing your game.
I'm hoping you find happiness
With little what's-her-name.

You're free from your prison cell,
You're walking on this earth.
I'm living in my private hell,
Wondering what it's worth.

My time was so wasted on you,
You thought you broke my heart.
It wasn't a love that was true,
It hasn't been from the start.

After I found the first bruise
Following an intense fight,
I knew of the love I'd lose,
Loving someone who's not right.

Wonderful. A very good poem. I love it when I write it was never love to start but in my heart I knew it was. Denial is a friend and so is hate.
