Wishing my sorrows away
etching them on stone
blood flowing through my veins
like ink dripping on paper

Tears encrested in my eyes
unsure of what to do
save me from myself
before I wear away

Each day, Each hour
crawls through my head
unbearable for all
but here is where I lay

These shackles holding me down
cannot keep me forever
live not just to breath
but breath to live
