or is that just me?

                      panic?
this isn't panic

                  ::take deep breaths::

(don't let them know you're anxious)

breathe

          damn it i'm breathing!!

         they keep telling me
to stay
         calm
  and to breathe

                they think i'm anxious

                           (how'd they get into my head? what else do they know?)

i'm twiddling my thumbs?

                                    ....oh....

             what makes you think i'm anxious?
