You had me from hello..
Or was it just goodbye
a satchel full of malice
a winter left to die

Clinging to the iceberg
that frosted o'er your heart
hanging from a street sign
no direction left to chart

Whimsical in nature
eden and his rock
callous and abandoned
passion's stoic rot

Welted by a freehand
loving was the verse
stained a faded yellow
amazingly perverse

Chained within your torture
smooth as vicious cream
haunting now my hallways
bound within my dreams

Emptied of tommorrows
fantasies that crash
visions left you seething
That brutal hunger,.. crass

Dip into the cauldron
infernal is its core
save me from your rainbow
close another door..

Oh wow, so beautiful. With this piece you've created a shockingly vivid picture, with some beautifully executed lines. Holding on to a love even though you know it's gone.. Exquisite. ~L
