Let's do lunch
At a corner cafe
We can skip along the galaxy
Crunch stars under our feet
Toss the moon back and forth
Throw glitter on the stars

Let's get a drink after work
At a hole in the wall bar
We can walk between black and white
Skinny dip in alcoholic streams of consciousness
Drain the sky into the oceans
Dip the sun in it, like an Easter egg

Let's go salsa dancing tonight
At the hottest Latin club in town
We can free the night from shackles of time
Liberate our clothes from our abused bodies
Walk on clouds of cascading brilliance
Launch our souls over the gates of heaven

Let's make love right now
At the most public of places
We can gather all light to us
Cling to the imperfectness of it all
Lose ourselves in the moment
Never to be found again

I don't know what to say. I too want to crunch stars beneath my feet but too often settle for liberating my clothes and being thrown into the urine-stained alley. But you transcend that: the imperfectness of it all indeed. Kudos.
