Maybe
when the lights go out
there is a split second
when time stops.
Maybe
when a bird sings
the world halts
to soak in the sound.
Maybe
when children laugh
all that bad things dissapear
and we are safe.
And maybe
in my sleep
my soul stops aching
amd the walls collapse.
And then maybe
we live in a world
were such things
do not exsist.
