Your soul breathes life into my lifeless blue lungs-
Tar filled and I am wounded,
Scars weeping whispers into my jeans
and the sharpest fishes of the sea,
In the bed that we sleep, cut you deep,
I've fallen so fall into this infauna infatuation.
Is it just that, darling, sweet?
I feel so much more in this torn up, beating chasm
They call heart,
and I am lying with you on the ocean floor,
Baby,
Shut my eyes and
Shut the door.
Close this life away because I am safe now
I've been looking for a world that is not crashing down
In silly games and in dollhouses.
I've been looking for that one embrace
I can call my own, so please don't leave me
Alone.
