If your time to die has come
and you die - very well!
If your time to die has come
and you don't -
all the better!

Till now I thought
that death befell
the untalented alone
if those with talent too,
must die
surely they make
a better manure?

Had I not known
that I was dead
already
I would have mourned
my loss of life

My one wish
is to live in the capital
of non-action

I don't believe you....i know you wrote this with all the sincerity you posses and I'm not saying you're lying. I'm saying I don't think you're telling yourself the truth....I don't think you want death.....i think you want acceptance

Interesting observation. When I was dying, I was quite torn - death would solve all my problems. Sure, questions unanswered but rendered irrelevant by the finality. But I'm obsessed - I don't want to go until the universe reveals its true nature to me.

I loved the last two stanzas - "Had I not known that I was dead already I would have mourned my loss of life My one wish is to live in the capital of non-action " - brilliant. ~Downstream~
