inside of my mind there lies a place

a place of darkness and disgrace, you may not see it and yet its there

there to keep my loving soul bare

but do not shed a tear for me

i am my own misery, shifting shaking and shattering myself

fearing nothing no cries for help

people wonder they stop and stare

why is this girl so in despair?

was she tormented beaten abused?

no im simply a product of the used, the hurt the pain the fear theyve felt

i know this life the one there delt

i see there scars the reasons theyve told

now i know there not so bold, they run they hide they sneak away

stand up and fight get payback today!

ive said what i needed not scared of the truth

for i know there is life beyond our youth

so now ill wonder inside my mind, leaving all of you behind>
