Running through the meadow the air so fresh and sweet
The cool crisp breeze the leaves swaying upon branches
Soft is the grass under foot and the soil in between her toes
This feeling is like a heaven that only children know
The suns rays beaming warmth and light
She runs and plays with all her heart and might
Innocent, and kind, tender, and pure
Like a bloom upon a dancing tree
It's a wonder to what her little imagination truly sees
So precious is her smile the look upon her face
If only we could capture this little rift in time and replay it at our will
This world would be a better place

So very very true. I don't know how many times lately I have wished for a meadow of flowers lost somewhere in the woods to just truly let go and let that little inocent girl in me run free again. another favorite from you... -Heather-
