A quick peek into dementia
The looking glass of a mind unquiet

Mania's up's and down's
And Roundabout's
Of ceaseless hours
Until it's found

One...single...word.

Enough to dedicate my time
And focus an unquiet mind

And give to you
To fix it's wings
And set it free
In rhyme and flow

And suddenly...stop.

Pattern set aside and switch to spoken word alliteration allowing all seemingly senseless information lacking and lost on me to scribble and spew across several lines of text appearing almost certainly seemingly senseless
Perhaps making a difference
To those who feel defenseless
Or perhaps finding indifference
In another reader's conscience
From whence interpretation finds no one who listens
To a slew of unimportant sentences

Not to mention the spoils you might come to find
Through the looking glass of a mind
Not quite unlike...

you completely captured the transition of emotional imbalance with the last half, making it not just a read, but an experience. T-riffic
