Words should mean something, absolutely. But who are we to give them meaning when they are not our own? Who are we to deem what's meaningful, what's fake, or even what is open to interpretation? God of our own personal existance. What others see of us is only what we choose to show them. This was very thought provoking for me. Thank you (read: heartfelt or hollow? Your choice.)

But when someone agrees with absolutely everything you say...it becomes pretty obvious they are simply trying to reflect back what they think you want to see, which renders their words...meaningless
