Today
As I lay
between the comfort of my sheets
I realize one thing
My heart is incomplete
between the break-ups, make-ups,
and cake-up I apply every morning to impress you
I realize nothing is working
I realize I’m wasting time
I am not in that perfect state of mind anymore that you manipulate
Even when I’m all alone, you’re all that's running through my head.
Please let me out of your loop hole
that confuses even the brunette girls
You say love
As if it's a piece of candy
Maybe one-day people will understand
You give when you need
You take when you want
You don't think about anyone else
It's a parasitic relationship when you're the only one who benefits

Bethany, I am so so sorry that certain people seem to want to stake claim to your words...your heart...I know it makes you crazy but you dont have to live like that anymore...She cannot hurt you anymore as long as you dont let her...It is my job and your dads job to protect you...and I promise you this...I will! You are safe and loved and respected and protected and we will take care of you now... Be a kid, because you finally can.

you don't want me to finish this poem. all i remember about eddie, is the noises he used to make you make at all hours of the night, and when i had finally had enough and screamed for you to go to sleep. you came in my room. naked. and laughing. you know what? F*ck that. i hated him. i hated you when you were with him. you cared about nothing except sex. when wer would go to papws you would complain about "not getting any* so maybe its about time you moved on and started thinking about your present husband. because apparently hes moving on. maybe you should actually try. and stop acting innocent.
