Sitting here thinking,
Trying to find the words that fit,
for how i feel, no how i am.
how i long for you.

I'd die to know you'd keep me.

I know you love me, that much is true.
Is it really enough?
In times of confusion like these,
I cling to your every breath as though it were my last,
My soul is devoured by your very being.

Life, knowing how it was,
Can now be nothing without.
I do not regret that i stepped over that line,
I have found a soul that i may be worthy of.
Such things i have never found.

And i wish i could kiss away your troubles,
for i am the one that does not deserve something so...
Pure...

A shot a something few people find,
i grasp at every moment as though it was over,
My last breath escapes me as you slip through my fingers,
and i watch in the mirror as you drift away,
everything i was disappears.
and all thats left is the empty husk,
of which i've become.
