It's moments like these when I'm truly amazed,
that I had the genetic propulsion to produce a life-

so completely unique.

A creative masterpiece.

So lovely in fact,
I shiver regularly,

with appreciation.

Each new day a discovery of her imagination-
and today is no different.

While I'm quietly reflecting here,
on each poetic release,

I hear laughter and excitement
screaming to me...

"Mom, you've got to see this!"

and the mild irritation for my interruption
does not disrupt,
 
my current state of curiosity.

"Look at the kitty mom!
She loved it"

And on the stairs,
pitifully
staring at me,

enveloped in dripping wet fur...

our cat Peanut.

Completely soaked and traumatized...
