There is nothing we can do,
We have run out of fear,
We will both die soon,
Our death is near.

Now of all times,
Is not the time to lie,
Listen to the calming sound of the wind chimes,
For the end is nigh.

As I lie here holding your hand,
I can only dream of that one place,
The place we had our first kiss,
As we sat upon the sand.

Just whisper in my ear
And say that you love me,
That is all that I need to hear,
Then I will let it be.

We are about to fade,
Because our lives are overdue,
But I am not afraid,
Because I got to spend my life with you.
