What if I told you that all I’ve ever wanted was you?
Your body against mine
A kiss to make me feel better
A hug holding me against. My.own.skin
What if I told you that I dream of us?
Together forever taking your heart in my hands
And never letting it go
I’m not talking a bond with a ring
We go beyond that
I dream a soul bond
Two souls combining
Two hearts
So perfectly entwined together
To make one
What if I told you you’re in my dreams?
Your name I say at night
When everything is silent
You name escapes my lips
It travels through the night
At the speed of light
It reaches your ears
Miles away
And my voice can cradle you in my sleep
What if I told you you’re everything I need to survive?
You’d be surprised.
I never thought I’d say it.
Now I want to hold you
Make you smile in your sleep
And be your blanket
Forever
To make you mine
What if I told you I love you?
