Stitch my mouth closed
Closely watch how intricate
The thread holds
My secrets.

It's discrete,
But nothing seeps out.
My honesty
Sometimes gets the best of me
When I feel that there is nothing to hide.

But I now I feel it's time
To keep everything under wraps.
Trapped and concealed.
Packed and hermetically sealed.

This needle needs to be held close
So that nothing more
Will be disclosed.

I need to keep it all away
Because every wrong I make
Comes from everything I say...
