The ink drives deep into my back’s thick skin
as I try to hide my taut rictus grin.
Ahhh the exquisite moving pain
so there is still something left for me to gain.
Close my eyes and ride the surge
let the ink gun serve as a purge.
Intense wave of pain so bright
perhaps within there may be light.
Black ink into fair skin drove so deep
as the red does into my soul sweetly creep.
Exhale the breath as the wave rises
ooohhhhh what dark intense prizes.
Still I sit as the pain over me dashs
as I bathe in the inker’s lashs
the pain washes thru my soul’s gashes.
