its safe in the dark
no one to see
the pain on my face
no one to see
the need in my eyes
no one to see
the tears on my cheeks
no one to see
the trembling
its safe in the dark
no one to hear
the sobs so soft
no one to hear
the words so sad
no one to hear.
the moans of my heart
no one to hear
the whimpers of my soul
its safe in the dark
no one to see
no one to hear
no one to touch
no one to seek for comfort
its lonely in the dark
