We look to the stars to see beauty
Little does she know
The stars look down upon hers with envy
And during the day
She brings more light to my life then the sun
Her rays reviving parts of me long dead
Dusting off the cobwebs from my heart
How can this be real
She puts the wonders of the night and day to shame
But it doesn't stop there
Next to her all of the wonders of this world
Aren't so wonderful...
The pyramids...
Man put forth unprecedented amounts of effort
Into their creation
Nothing near the amount of time God put into hers
The hanging gardens of Babylon...
As close as mankind could get to matching her beauty
Still nowhere near...
The great wall of China...
Doesn't stretch even half as long
As all these feelings I have for her
Wonders of the world...
People have never looked upon any of them
With as much awe as I have when thinking of you
The wonder of my world
