*A tribute to old friends lost to cages and Wine*

“You were beautiful…once”

He stared with eyes of arrogant vanity
“Your mind tasted, of my favorite Wine…then”

I bite my lip, despite him.
As he sighed in sick syllables

“ It’s a shame… we all loved you, you‘ll never taste the same.”

My mind claws behind my eyes
In a voice of breathless blasphemy
“You loved but only the taste, you’ll always be the same; you’re oblivious and caged in your own conditioned fate.”

…I knew enough to escape…

But
I
Cannot
Speak…
For,
Despite
Everything
I’m still weakened
In kind heat

And
Your,

So confident in your creed…
Your smiles are oafish
As you gloat
Marching to trumpets
In mundane circles
( Like fucking pigeons shitting in unison)

All because you wish to be
Divinely smiled upon
Lest you be forgotten
In the great beyond

…Childish Minds are Color blind…
The smiles
 Are Green
Of swine
And
Their lovers are vultures
(Different shades breed for different cultures)
Intending to feed
Before the boars pick you clean

Puncture the eyes first

(They say you don’t even feel
When they devour your mind)

By then you are already blind

The swine devour what’s left
They might leave what’s hallow
at best…

Insane images vaporize
As I speak in gray compromise
They only words I let by…
“ I‘ll always be mine,
But you will always taste of cheap Wine,
And reek of Pagan blood, denied by your holy ones
As you lie naked in the night
Praying you could taste
The toungues of those who have escaped."

He was irate...
At best
