"stiletto street sex" by fallen

stiletto heels strike the pavement
like matchsticks lighting the streets aflame

sex sprawls across tinted SUV windows
windshields steaming
pointed heels flopping
amidst a world of pills and cash
lines and noses
smoke and mirrors
inhale, exhale
the tainted spirit
pounding the flesh
closer to oblivion

church bells ringing
in the distance
like hungry alarm clocks

high heels run from the sunrise
with glass pipes ready
with white rocks heating
and tragedy is diminished
as desperate minds cloud
with a messianic buzz
smooth and forgiving
as soft as dove feather filled pillowcases
smiling gently
blacking out contently

slipping away from eyes wide-open death
until waking moments
hear the streets calling again

nice image there. i like how you brought in the discription of the church bells with that simile. "Conform! Conform. Follow the way" tho i'd gladly suffer through a day in hypocrisy preached sermons then be a slave to the sleepless white demon. wonderfully written.

Some of this was familiar, and some of it was...very distinct with a brutality. Very well done. I enjoyed this thoroughly. Also, I love the title. Much respect.

This reminds me of the book Crank. Sex depends on a hit, and a hit depends on sex. Lovely write as always
