If fortune favors the brave,
then cloth me in white and raise the mast.

I've let you down time after time,
I live in the past.. a hindsight professional with an amateurs approach,
I have all the answers-a week too late.
I see it in your eyes
the boy you meet
never grew to the man he promised to be.
I now abuse the substance of that I lack,
an endless supply of low self-esteem.

It's time to man up,
it's time to come down,
this is my chance....to relinquish the clown.

shit, i've been there. still go back now an then. it's nice to know that we aren't perfected without trials, but it's good to see when people know they can't use that as an excuse to make mistakes. good luck.
