My Psalm

please god
this life is taking hold.
i don't need this anymore my friend.
this day is getting old.

so gray is this world of men.
hearts black, rich with gold.
only seeing vengeance in
their lust, no control.

they've taken everything from me.
now asking me to side.
they've taken nothing
for life is nothing all i see are lies

please save me from this hell I'm in?
please god Ive done my time.
please save me from this torture within.
please, i beg, don't hide.

i will always be a friend within
if only you wish to confide.
i will stand with a friend,amen
please oh god its time..
