you touched my shoulder
and smiled softly
sitting down on the other side
of the table
your tryed to look to my heart
through my eyes
its not there
you shattered it
and the peices are
much too small to be put back together.
when i tried to look
at your heart
through your eyes
i had to look away
it was beating so hard
withought a mark
not even a scratch
i was blinded by its brightness
and it hurt my eyes
