Look...
see the river
it is full
full of all that can`t be said...

It runs red
red as life
that drips from weakened wrists
red as the wound
red as a night
when all was cut up small
- so that only red was left...

Watch...
watch the river swell
as faces wet with tears
that fall into the tide
look up
- with souls bare as a child`s
with hearts torn open, wide
to a colder, stone-wall sky...

Touch...
Feel the life
my heart beats...
shrouded...
in silence...

The river holds my heart...

flowing in minuet soft steps, yet brushed with a demure melancholy that twines about the heart and holds it suspended.... breakingly stunning
