I cant sleep

Sheets are sandpaper
And I want to sleep in your skin

Midnight...

A transient, A drunk, and me
Searching store fronts
for the same thing
But dreams weren't on display

I scanned alley ways and grave yards
Only to find
Lost souls holding pin wheels

I followed the stars to dawn
Where the topaz sky greeted me

Ill retrace my steps again tonight
In windows
For you holding a dream
Where I can sleep
