Black bull bends proud
Neck to the sun
Horns spread from
Twilight
To the sea

Rifle shot morning
Clouds
Bleached sky atrophied
Light lay waking
Soulless black streets

Prayers of rain
Unanswered
Long highway burn
Dust bound waters
Willows sway

Psychopomp wings
Scatter harbinger
Shadows
Bones on the tray
Read me the names

Ghost car voices
Bone wire bridge
Necropolis train
Tracks stretch nowhere
For a moment

Alone

brilliance oh, brother mine... brilliance. Been on the road for far too long... but another flatout highspeed burn through poetics is always welcomed.

beautifully displaced syntax and sutle hints at rhythm/aliterative devices....the feeliong I get off this is stripping back to the bone....then coldness...absolutely sensational, I love this....!!!!

And I'm riding shot gun with black eyeliner and pinstraight hair. I can almost feel the fishnets on my legs.

The imagery-jump from one line to the next is wicked, and the imagination in your words opens up a great multitude of meanings and profundity. Excellent stuff =) -Carl

The title caught my interest and the words are choppy and intense. Lovely.
