the last of today\'s
gloomy light
slips through the window
street lights reflected
from picture frames
all of them, me, this town,
is always the same.
a skinless glimmer
of glamour fame
a projection
the blood stain on the carpet
never to be forgotten
a life divided
words permenantly inked
making the memories
real
a sinking ship
a busted lip
another sip
from these endless bottles
another love killed
more of my own blood
             spilled
night floods on my
hurricane emotions running through
[me at the eye]
down the page
i guess it\'s not time
to take back to
the
stage
of life.
