Upon my heart played,
softest of love's sweet lullaby.

Tones of amber sunset,
gently flowing into my mind.

Her words like winter's breeze,
chilling and sharp upon my flesh.

My own aflare with heat of passion,
cutting deep the point efficiently.

Heartstrings play vivid symphonies,
of desire renewed and faith restored.

Of wonderous songs deep with love,
silent winds do sing to distant lovers.

Wow, interesting concept! I'm intrigued! Well written, and the style you've created (?) will cause me to dig into it again later, and toy with myself, if that's ok?

Feel free. I actually have another peice with this style but it requires more formatting that postcard allows to show properly.

For those who missed it, please read this peice once through in it's entirity. Once down start at the first line and read down again, the first line of each stanza. Once done, continue from the top once again reading the second line of each.
