Bound, chained, and locked all around
Drowned in the depths of an epitaph mound
Whispers of souls in faint haunting sound
Songs of the dead from deep underground

Angels drop stars from a place that’s unknown
To the place full of dread where you know you’re alone
These stars shinning bright call the dead to the throne
Escaping their fate of a tomb full of bones

This is a condensed version of something that never really came together. Sometimes less is better. Especially when you suffer writers block.

This is a very nice image in it's shortness... leaves me longing to see it expanded somewhat though. Ever considered it?
