Parallel persona
Estranged in its stance
A strange ideal, almost fitting

Blind hypocrisy
Seeing only what is flawed
Hypocrisy, not so blind after all

The idle worship of idols
Nothing but sand and time
Crumbles at a glance in eternity

Simply complicated controversial agreement
All for the purpose of procrastination
Logical nonsense

Constellation consolidation
Solace among the stars
The wishes that fall like hopes

Drowning desire
In a simple seclusion
That is all to tangible

Seeing the sounds of clarity
While hearing only the silence
Of an empty canvas

We’ll paint our masterpiece
With the colours of purity
And spend forever
Learning what life really is

*Sigh* delving through your layers of poetry I keep finding relations to my own past. A shame feelings like this never last long enough (usually) but being the idealist I am I like to believe I may defy your title and believe at eternity we exist in pairs
