Sometimes I wonder if I
Twist the truth into lies
Just so I can handle it..
Maybe it's my perception
Through my eyes,
Maybe I see the distorted truth
Just to stop the contorting
Of my insides

I don't want the truth;
I cannot take the pain it causes
The reality
Grips my body
And then just squeezes and twists..
I cannot breathe,
I cannot live like this

Trying to break a mirror,
I wanna break your face
I aimlessly point my hate at you
Purposely trying to miss the truth

I don't wanna believe
All the things you suffered through
Broken glass on the floor..
Can I really distort the truth?

These cracked pieces leave a cracked face
I don't want to see you,
/Or/ what you have become
..can I really distort the truth?

Maybe it's all a lie;
Maybe it's all inside
And through my eyes,
I see the distorted truth
Just to stop the contorting
Of my insides
