youre the only one with satin eyes
the ones i touch,
light green demise
last night
i swept your freckles in a dream
into a light song,
that i now sing
holding locks of your golden curls
silkily
sliding
 as i twirled
bathing deep
in your desire
how we
keep
this burning fire
thriving,
 breathing,
soothing me
your velvet skin
that cannot bleed
i held your
locks of golden love
couldnt be found so far above
your smile faded
within our kiss
and told me the truth
with tight
 closed
lips.

that's so beautiful. i'm tired of all the poetry that is so dark and macabre... unless it's truly honest. that's beautiful but not cheesy or overdone.
