its like when i tell you i love you i feel it
and when you touch me i sense it
when those hazel eyes stare back at me and i fight for emotion
tears spill over as you touch my silver face
it makes me break
i lie there seething hot pain like you make me bleed
my shallow lungs hollering so hard i hear the squeak of bone against vein
hearing you say that name
chant
that name
and praise it into me
crushing into this epiphany
so you break me down again as i fall to the pillow
unconcious and numbly shaking
the suns' rising shreiking through my bloodshot eyes
when you choke yourself to sleep
i get up to go suck down some nicotine
and sing myself to sleep.
