[tears]

rolling down pale cheeks,
translucent under heaven's hands'
scattered dots of twinkling light

[whispers]

wind's caress on a somber rose,
songs that are attuned to the spasmodic
nature of a frightening night

[rain]

lethal as it touches the tongue
and burns every escaping sigh

[dreams]

vague underneath
cobwebs of memories,
deafening the ears as they scream
to be free from inside.

[wishes]

are all there is to hold on to
when all seems lost
and the discomforting shivers
are running up and down my spine

no..

you don't want to feel
what i'm feeling tonight.
