See my star upon the horizon?
It [would] be the one to go down.

//IthinkIrememberatimewhenIthoughtIwasinvincible.
Now. I know. Smarter (not better).

“I wanted you to feel it.”
Trust me, I felt it.
As panic set in, my heart fell out.

..

And I’d wish upon a star,
a lovely star shining bright.
Oh, if only I could see one…
see one in my hopeless night.

This rings with that feeling of hopelessness, nothing inspires, nothing excites. Knowledge weighs you down instead of feeding creativity and free-thought. Very good write. -Carl
