Do you know I bleed?
Cant you concieve that I grow?
Why cant you welcome me in?
Why must you burry me in the snow?
I dont need you to escape
alleviate the hate
We'll see whos in the cold
So what if I fall?
Dont you feel my heart beat?
its alll under control
I chose my fate
I 'll hang every moment on the wall
Its who I become and who I was
No one to blame
sometimes wrong is justified
I 'll make sure I feel the sunshine
and taste it all on my tongue
Dont you know I'll still be standing long after they fall

This piece is reminiscent of the sapling covered by frost. The inner strength to struggle through rejection and face the world on your own terms is never easy to find, yet you've shown some of it here. May you only grow stronger.

falling not so bad, right... rhyme is powerful, I got the sense of a transition from reflecting on the fall one might experience to the implication of some ambiguous others' fall... interesting and welcome to dp!
