Why must we point fingers?
Play this stupid game?
We both made mistakes.
am I to be at complete fault,
Because I was the last straw?

We both see different sides of the same story.
I see mine, you see yours.
you see betrayal, you see me giving up.
I see desperation, frustration you wouldnt listen,
To the woman you claimed to love.

And you still dont see, dont care to see
My frustration, my anger, my pain
You watch me fall further and further
Slowly killing myself to get your attention
Destroying my body and mind for a chance to explain.

Is this simple rebellion, the ignorant ask
The piercings, tats, drugs, alcohol and smoking.
The motor bike the promiscuity, the acting out
No, its a cry for help, a cry for you to listen.
Before its too late;

So hear my cry or walk away. Deny me again.
Watch me strive for the attention I lacked.
Listen to me scream your name, and walk away again
Watch me kill myself wanting your forgiveness.
Wanting your compassion, your respect.
Your love.
