My coffee orbs gaze up at the ivory sphere,
I listen to things that only I can hear.
The sounds I hear all around me,
Can only be heard around the sea.
Sapphire waves crashing into the high rocks.
That sphere has changed the tides again,
Those envious stars glare down upon the waters ten.
It continues making music, on my ears it knocks:
'Come and listen'
It says, finding its way to my mind,
My senses perk up, ready to be entwined.
As I sit calmly on that beautiful beach,
I have a wonderful conversation without saying a word.
Sadly the midnight comes to an end too soon,
Say goodbye to the sphere, commonly called the full moon.
I must reassure the tides as I am now standing.
My eyes swell up with joyful tears as I say:
'Don't worry. I will be back again.. When the moon comes to play.'
As I walk slowly with the golden grains under my feet,
I cannot help but wonder about the forest I will never meet.
You see the crystal water is as envious as the stars,
People save the green and bottle water up in jars.
The large fireball rises and my new friend calms down;
The ivory sphere is no longer here,
So the once restless waves disappear.
Continuing my journey home, a thought comes to mind.
I doubt that the green maze would be as great as the casket of blue,
If I ever meet the forest, I shall reassure my friend once again,
'It is okay, the wood can never be as beautiful as you'
So I leave that beach, the calm crisp waters smiling as they can.
