If I screamed louder would you hear me any better?
If I screamed longer would you pay attention?
If I beat my fists upon the glass, and cried a tear or to,
Would you realize just how desperate I am?
If I kicked and screamed while they drag me away,
Would you feel pity for me?
What if I just gave up and walked obediently as they escort me out.
Would you regret the damage you’ve done.
Come closer to my padded room so I can see you one more time.
Before they try to fix what you broke.
