I’ll drink my tea of black poisoned butterflies
Stirring a spoonful of broken hearts and hollow lies
You’ll find that it isn’t the most fav’rite dish
But so far it has cured just about ev’ry wish
I’m chained to a chair at a table for two
The only thing missing would have to be you
Tears rust the scars on my wrists and my neck
How could you know that I’d be such a wreck
Airplanes and ambulances can’t save me now
Mem’ry reminds me you broke ev’ry promise and vow
Though I may smile as if nothing were wrong
One lump of my troubles could spill so many songs

I really like how the last line opens out instead of closing down, leaving you to wonder what those songs would be.
