Cheshire lullabies smile and fade
We'll soon solve the puzzle of this charade
There's something fishy to this mermaid
When all she seems to do is evade
I hope that my love you would not parade
Or else my misty love will be unmade
Cheshire lullabies or a sweet serenade
We will find that we are lost in this masquerade
