A liquid world of
Lightning and glass tears
Beware of the mirror you see yourself in
Beware of the image before you
Mirror worlds are chaotic
Mirror worlds are distorted
Beware of the shadows
The shadows in mirrors
Watch them shift and shape
Into your nightmares
Beware of your mirror
And its devious world
An image can swallow you whole
Reflections and echoes can lie
Mirror worlds can destroy you
Lightning makes you cry glass tears

I hate mirrors. I'm a very confident person but put me in front of one and I balk. It baffles me, really. It seems you got the answer somewhere in this poem but I don't really accept it.
